Spam Email

If you are like me, you will get really sick of receiving hundreds of spam emails every week... some of which can be quite obscene!

I've tried quite a lot of different spam blockers, but none really seemed to do the job.

Then I heard about Clearmymail in PC Answers magazine, where it received the Editors Choice award along with a 95% score... signed up and bang, no more spam!

They offer a 100% no-spam guarantee and so far I haven't had any.. pretty good going considering how much spam I used to receive.

You can try it for free at:

www.ClearMyMail.com

I believe it also works on Apple Macs as well as PCs.

For something to be 100% effective against spam, it MUST be blocking all sorts of stuff, including some legitimate emails.

djweeble has a point. A spam filter could easily be 100% effective if it just blocked all mail; obviously you need to consider false positives too. Ideally your spam filtering service would just tag spam (eg add '*** SPAM ***' to the header). You could then set your mail client to move such messages to a different folder, and periodically scan through the folder for false positives.
